Connect Cal.com MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Cal.com to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write code with real calendar data
Stop writing mock JSON for your booking interfaces and let Cursor hit the `list_availability_schedules` MCP tool instead. The AI fetches your real working hours. It then writes the exact parsing logic your app needs to render a calendar. Live context prevents formatting errors. When you need to display open slots, Cursor runs `get_available_slots` to see the exact payload structure. Your generated code handles the real data shape on the first try.
Test scheduling logic inside the editor
Building a custom booking flow requires constant API testing, so you tell Cursor to run `create_new_booking` directly. Instead of switching to an external HTTP client, you book a test meeting in the chat. The agent immediately writes the error handling for the response. Managing state becomes trivial when the AI can read the backend. Cursor lists your active appointments via `list_bookings` to verify your code worked. If you need to test cancellation flows, the agent fires `cancel_booking` right from the chat pane.
Inspect webhooks and event types
Integrating external triggers usually involves digging through developer dashboards until you call `list_active_webhooks`. Cursor grabs your event configs directly from the MCP Server. The AI reads the destination URLs and helps you write the corresponding receiver endpoints in your project. Template mapping happens automatically. You ask the editor to build a UI for a specific meeting format. Cursor runs `get_event_type_details` to pull the exact duration and requirements, injecting those constraints straight into your frontend components.
