Connect Capsulink MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Capsulink to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
End-to-End Link Creation
Cline executes the `shorten_url` tool to generate compact links while writing your frontend components. Instead of hardcoding long query strings, your agent creates clean URLs on the fly and inserts them directly into your codebase. Updating those links is just as direct. If a marketing page moves, Cline uses `edit_link_destination` to rewrite the target. The agent handles the API call and shows you the diff immediately.
Pull Capsulink Stats into VS Code
Fetching traffic data usually breaks your coding flow. Now, Cline triggers the MCP Server's `get_link_stats` to grab total click counts and injects them straight into your admin dashboard code. Building a chart component requires real numbers. Your AI client calls `get_link_daily_stats` to pull a time-series breakdown of link hits. It parses the JSON, writes the rendering logic, and tests the output without you lifting a finger.
Inventory Control via MCP Server
Managing hundreds of redirects requires solid organization. Cline fires `list_link_folders` and `list_links` to audit your current setup and figure out where a new URL belongs. Cleaning up is fully automated. When you tell your agent to remove an obsolete campaign, it verifies the details with `get_link_details` and permanently erases the record using `delete_link`.
