Connect Capsulink MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Capsulink to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous URL Management in Windsurf
Windsurf uses the `shorten_url` tool to generate compact links right inside your editor workspace. You just paste a massive raw URL into your code, and Cascade immediately swaps it out for a clean Capsulink version without asking. Changing destinations happens just as fast. When a staging environment moves to production, the agent triggers `edit_link_destination` to update the routing backend instantly. You never leave your IDE to fix broken redirects.
Instant Click Tracking
Grabbing metrics usually means logging into a web dashboard, but now your agent handles it. Cascade runs `get_link_stats` and `get_link_daily_stats` to pull total clicks and daily breakdowns directly into your current context. Need a quick report on a recent marketing push? Tell Windsurf to analyze the traffic, and it pulls the exact numbers from the MCP Server to build a summary table right in your markdown file.
Organize Folders Without Context Switching
Managing a massive list of redirects gets messy fast. Calling `list_link_folders` and `list_links` lets your AI client inventory everything you have stored. If an old campaign expires, Cascade can clean up the mess by firing `delete_link`. It verifies the account status first via `get_account_info` to ensure everything stays organized and under your current rate limits.
