Pipe talent data to shell scripts via Claude Code

Run terminal queries to search your roster using `search_talents` directly from your command line. Claude Code formats the output as clean JSON or plain text so you can pipe it to jq or grep. This makes it easy to filter actors or check booking statuses without opening a web browser. Your terminal becomes a fast interface for the entire casting database.

Automate database schema checks in CI/CD

Integrate database validation into your build pipelines over an active MCP link. Claude Code runs `list_custom_attributes` to verify that your local code models match the live Casting42 custom fields before deployment. It flags any schema mismatches or missing tags using `list_talent_tags`. You catch breaking database changes before they hit production.

Generate fast casting reports via CLI

Need a quick breakdown of active productions? Have the CLI run `list_casting_projects` and format the list into a markdown table. You can quickly audit which talent categories are assigned by combining this with `list_talent_categories`. It's a fast way to generate status reports right in your terminal session.
