Automate ticket alerts in your terminal

Running cron jobs for unread messages is a massive pain if you write the API wrappers yourself. You can just pipe commands to your CLI agent and let it run `list_woot_conversations` to check for stale tickets. The agent filters out the noise. It targets specific queues using `list_chatwoot_inboxes` and outputs a clean list of urgent issues. You can pipe that output straight into a Slack webhook or a daily email digest.

Investigate users with Claude Code

Whenever a high-priority bug drops, you need the reporter's context fast. Typing a quick command tells your agent to execute `get_contact_details` and dump the user profile right into your shell. Digging deeper takes one more prompt. The agent fires `get_chat_history` to pull the raw message logs. You read the exact transcript in your terminal without touching a mouse or opening a dashboard.

Push automated replies via CI/CD

Deploying a hotfix means you have to update everyone who complained about the bug. You can add a step in your GitHub Actions pipeline that tells this MCP Server to notify affected users. The script queries the issue, and the agent runs `send_chat_message` to blast out the update. It then runs `list_support_agents` to assign the tickets back to the human team for follow-up.

Common questions about Chatwoot MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http vinkius-chatwoot -- ` in your terminal. Make sure you put the transport flags before the server name.
Yes. You trigger the agent headlessly and it runs `list_woot_conversations`. You can pipe the resulting JSON directly into `jq` or another script.
You just pass the target conversation ID and your message text to the agent. It executes `send_chat_message` and returns the success confirmation to stdout.
Ask your terminal agent to pull the staff list. It triggers `list_support_agents` and prints out the names and IDs.
Your contact details and message transcripts pass through a zero-trust V8 isolate. Vinkius drops the environment as soon as the MCP connection closes, leaving no trace.
