Build custom HR dashboards with Cline and Checkr
Cline uses `list_checkr_candidates` and `list_background_reports` to populate your UI with live screening data when you ask it to build an internal dashboard. It writes the React components, fetches the background check statuses, and edits your codebase to render a clean, functional dashboard without you writing a single line of boilerplate.
Automate candidate onboarding flows
Let Cline handle your candidate intake by calling `create_new_candidate` to register new hires and triggering the screening process using `start_background_check`. If you have a list of new hires in a CSV file, Cline reads the file, runs the necessary API calls, and logs the invitation links it gets from `list_screening_invitations`.
Inspect specific report details inline
Cline uses `get_report_details` and `get_candidate_details` to pull background check files directly into your editor so you don't have to leave VS Code. This MCP Server ensures your editor stays updated with your latest Checkr packages via `list_screening_packages` so you always use the correct screening tier.
