Generate local dashboards with Chess.com data
The `get_player_profile` and `get_player_stats` tools extract verified player ratings, follower counts, and active titles. Cline takes this raw data, writes a local UI component, and renders a clean dashboard inside your workspace. You do not have to write the API integration code yourself. The agent handles the JSON parsing and layout design. You just tell it what metrics you want to see, and it builds the interface.
Analyze historical matches using this MCP Server
The `get_player_monthly_games` tool pulls complete PGN records, including accuracy ratings and opening names, for any given month. Cline reads this archive, writes a script to parse the moves, and highlights your most common mistakes. It turns raw historical data into actionable training files. This is ideal for players building custom analysis tools. You get direct access to the raw game data without dealing with rate limits or manual exports.
Find local club members and active communities
The `get_club_info` and `get_club_members` tools retrieve detailed metadata and member rosters for any registered club. Cline can query these endpoints to identify active players, track community size, and find potential opponents. It simplifies the process of researching local chess groups. You get clean lists of usernames and profile links. Cline can save these directly to a markdown file for your local reference.
