Run Common Room segment lookups via MCP Server

This MCP Server lets Claude Desktop read your community segments using `list_segments` and `get_segment_status`. Your agent checks member counts and identifies active cohorts without leaving the chat window. You get instant lists of who is in what bucket. Claude Desktop formats the raw JSON from `list_segment_members` into clean Markdown tables on the fly so you don't have to parse raw Common Room payloads.

Deep dive into community member profiles

The `get_contact_by_email` tool pulls a member's complete profile right into your Claude Desktop conversation. Your agent instantly checks their tags with `get_contact_tags` to understand their community standing. Instead of switching tabs to search, ask Claude Desktop to find a user. The agent uses `search_contacts` to locate them and displays their history immediately.

Map out target accounts and organizations

The `search_organizations` tool queries your company directory to find matching accounts. Claude Desktop then calls `get_organization_details` to inspect firmographic data and community engagement levels. This setup lets you build target lists right inside your chat interface. You can verify which companies are active in your community without manual exports.
