How to Use the Crisp MCP in Cursor
Build live support features in Cursor using real Crisp chat data instead of static mock APIs.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Crisp MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Crisp to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate code using live Crisp visitor profiles in Cursor
The `list_visitors` tool grabs real website user data to feed directly into the code you are writing inside Cursor. Instead of guessing the structure of a customer profile, your Cursor agent pulls the live JSON payload to write exact TypeScript interfaces. This changes how you build user dashboards. You write the frontend components in Cursor while the editor populates the layout with real active Crisp visitor records, making UI testing instant.
Debug live chat integrations with this MCP Server
The `get_messages` tool imports real conversation transcripts directly into your Cursor chat sidebar. When you are writing a custom webhook handler, the Cursor agent uses these actual messages to test your parsing logic on the fly. You no longer need to trigger test chats manually on your staging site. Cursor reads the live Crisp history, runs it through your local functions, and highlights exactly where your code fails.
Automate Crisp support replies inside the Cursor editor
The `send_message` tool lets your Cursor agent test automated response scripts against real active Crisp support threads. You can write a helper function in your editor and immediately test its output by sending a live message to a test conversation. This tight feedback loop cuts down your integration testing time inside Cursor. You verify that the JSON payload matches the Crisp API requirements before you commit a single line of code to your repository.
