Code with real support data using this MCP Server
This MCP Server feeds live customer profiles into Cursor via `list_users` and `get_user_details` so you can write code against real data schemas. You avoid writing mock objects or guessing API payloads while building. Your Cursor agent reads the actual structure of your user database. This ensures your custom components parse active customer properties correctly on the first try.
Debug live chat issues inside Cursor
Cursor inspects live support threads using `list_conversations` and `get_conversation` to help you debug errors reported by users. You pull the exact error reports and context from your support queue directly into your editor. The agent writes patches while viewing the actual customer issue. You fix bugs faster when the code editor has direct access to the live support ticket.
Test event tracking code instantly
The MCP Server triggers analytics events with `track_event` and changes user metadata using `set_user_props` directly from your Cursor workspace. This allows you to verify how your application registers user actions. You don't need to click through your website to trigger test events. Your Cursor agent runs the tools to simulate user behavior and verify your tracking setup.
