Connect DataDome MCP to Claude Desktop
Create your Vinkius account to connect DataDome to Claude Desktop and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Audit threats without leaving chat
Connect Claude to DataDome and you can pull threat reports directly into your conversation. Ask for recent incidents with `list_recent_threats` or search for specific attacks like scrapers using `search_threats_by_type`. It's faster than logging into the web UI. When you find something suspicious, you can dig deeper. Use `get_threat_details` to get the raw headers and behavioral patterns for a specific threat ID. This gives you the full context without having to switch screens.
Monitor endpoint health with your Claude Desktop MCP Server
This MCP Server lets you check on your protected applications and endpoints from Claude. Get a list of all protected apps with `list_protected_applications` or see every endpoint DataDome is covering with `list_protected_endpoints`. You can also ping an endpoint's status directly. The `get_endpoint_health` tool returns latency, error rates, and the current operational state. It's a quick way to see if your DataDome integration is running smoothly.
Get real-time protection stats
Ask Claude for a snapshot of your bot protection performance. The `get_protection_stats` tool gives you live counts of allowed vs. blocked requests and captcha pass rates. You can also get a high-level view of bot activity. `get_bot_traffic_summary` breaks down traffic from good bots vs. bad bots. It’s a good way to see how much noise DataDome is filtering out. This is a core function of any good security MCP setup.
