Script your Dev.to publishing via Claude Code

Run headless commands to post your documentation. Your terminal agent uses `create_article` to push markdown files straight to Forem, making it easy to script your release notes. For existing guides, the CLI agent runs `update_article` to patch changes. This fits perfectly into shell scripts or cron jobs that keep your technical content fresh.

Audit posts and authors via this MCP Server

Inspect your publication queue using simple CLI prompts. Claude Code executes `list_my_articles` to output your posts and uses `get_article_by_id` to dump the raw markdown directly into your terminal. You can also audit external users by calling `get_user` to check profiles or `list_articles` to track recent community trends without leaving your shell.

Manage corporate feeds and team accounts

Keep tabs on your company's developer advocacy efforts. The CLI agent queries `list_org_articles` to check what your team has published and matches the output against your local git logs. If you need to audit who has access, Claude Code runs `list_org_users` to output the active members of your Forem organization directly to your terminal.
