Connect Dext MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dext to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build custom accounting dashboards with Cline
`list_inbox_items` gives your agent the raw receipt data it needs via MCP to populate a frontend component. You tell Cline to build an expense tracker, and it writes the React code while pulling live data to test the layout. It doesn't stop at the UI. Cline uses `list_accounting_categories` to build the dropdown menus, ensuring your custom tool perfectly matches your actual chart of accounts.
Automate vendor reconciliation scripts
`list_extracted_suppliers` lets this MCP Server feed your known vendor list directly into Python scripts. Cline writes a script that compares these suppliers against your internal database. When it finds a mismatch, it uses `get_item_details` to pull the specific invoice causing the issue. It writes the reconciliation logic, runs the tests, and shows you the diff right in your editor.
Audit client configurations instantly
`list_accounting_clients` pulls your entire partner roster into your workspace. Cline can take this list and cross-reference it with `list_account_users` to audit who has access to what. Instead of clicking through menus, you just ask for an access report. The agent fetches the JSON, parses the user permissions, and generates a markdown summary file in your project directory.
