Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Dialpad MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dialpad to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Live Dashboards with Cline
The agent pulls real-time call records using `list_raw_call_logs` to feed your custom Dialpad dashboard in VS Code. Tell Cline to build a custom dashboard using this telephony data, and it writes the code and fetches the live metrics. This MCP server lets Cline write tests and verify that your dashboard parses incoming `list_call_statistics` payloads correctly. It shows you the diff and stages the commit directly in your workspace.
Manage Directories from the Codebase
Your agent runs `upsert_business_contact` to sync your local environment variables with your Dialpad phone system. Cline manages your customer database directly from your codebase without manual dashboard diving. If a partner leaves, Cline removes them using `wipe_directory_entry` to prevent security leaks. This keeps your external directories accurate inside your active workspace.
Automate Agent Availability Updates
This MCP integration lets Cline trigger `update_presence_status` to change your status when you start a production push. It reads your current setup with `get_agent_profile` to make sure it doesn't override critical administrative rules. You stay focused on the code while Cline manages your phone state automatically. It ensures you are not interrupted during high-priority deploys.
