How to Use the DocuSign MCP in Windsurf
Use the DocuSign MCP Server in Windsurf to let Cascade handle your entire contract lifecycle without manual intervention.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect DocuSign MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect DocuSign to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate contract signing in Windsurf
Cascade reads your local project files and uses `send_envelope` to dispatch documents for signature immediately. It maps signers to your JSON definitions, ensuring the right person gets the right document every time. You avoid the back-and-forth email dance. Windsurf plans the sequence, executes the request, and confirms the envelope is out for signature.
Track envelope status via Windsurf
Stop digging through your email to check if a contract is signed. Use `list_envelopes` to pull current statuses directly into your chat window. Cascade parses the results from `get_envelope` to give you a plain-English summary. You see exactly what's pending and who still needs to act.
Manage templates with Windsurf
Stop hardcoding document paths for every new agreement. Cascade uses `list_templates` to fetch your existing library and helps you pick the right one for the job. Once selected, it calls `get_template` to verify the structure before sending. It prevents errors by checking the requirements before the document goes out.
