Map Eventee Schedules to BigQuery with Google ADK

The `list_all_events` tool retrieves every event managed under your account. Your Google ADK agent pulls this list to map event metadata directly against your historical registration tables in BigQuery. By combining this with `get_event_detailed_data`, the agent retrieves deep configuration settings for each event. This allows Gemini's long-context window to analyze event setups and recommend optimization strategies for future conferences.

Track Live Engagement Metrics via Google ADK

The `quick_event_engagement_audit` tool delivers a high-level summary of active sessions, speakers, and attendee engagement. Your Google ADK agent uses this tool to feed live engagement metrics straight into your Vertex AI evaluation pipelines. When engagement drops, the agent runs `list_currently_active_events` to find the exact room causing the lag. This lets your enterprise agent trigger automated alerts to on-site coordinators.

Moderate Attendee Questions with Google ADK MCP Server

The `list_event_audience_questions` tool extracts all audience-submitted questions for an active session. Your Google ADK agent processes this raw text stream, filtering questions based on custom safety parameters before pushing them to the stage screens. To identify top contributors, the agent matches these questions with attendee profiles retrieved via `list_event_registered_attendees`. The MCP server handles the API authentication, letting your Gemini model focus on classifying and prioritizing the queue.

Setup guide

Set up Eventee MCP in Google ADK

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • google-adk package (pip install google-adk)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install Google ADK

    Run pip install google-adk to install the Agent Development Kit. MCP support is included via the McpToolset class.

  2. 2

    Connect via SSE transport

    Use McpToolset.from_server() with SseServerParams pointing to your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

  3. 3

    Create an LlmAgent

    Pass the returned mcp_tools list directly to LlmAgent(tools=mcp_tools). The ADK maps each MCP tool to a native Gemini function call — no manual schema definitions required.

  4. 4

    Run with any Gemini model

    The agent works with any Gemini model (gemini-2.0-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, etc.). Copy the full example on the right to get started with Eventee tools in your ADK agent.

agent.py
from google.adk.agents import LlmAgent
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_toolset import McpToolset
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_session_manager import SseServerParams

# Connect to the MCP via SSE
mcp_tools, exit_stack = await McpToolset.from_server(
    connection_params=SseServerParams(
        url="https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    )
)

# Create your agent with auto-discovered tools
agent = LlmAgent(
    name="Eventee_agent",
    model="gemini-2.0-flash",
    instruction="You have access to Eventee tools via MCP.",
    tools=mcp_tools,
)

Common questions about Eventee MCP in Google ADK

Use `pip install google-adk` and configure `McpToolset` with your Vinkius HTTP URL. Pass the toolset instance into your `LlmAgent` constructor to give your Gemini models instant access to all ten MCP tools.
Yes. Gemini's million-token context window easily digests large payloads from `list_event_sessions` or `list_event_registered_attendees`. Your Google ADK agent can analyze entire schedules in a single step without hitting token limits.
Use the `tool_names` parameter in your `StreamableHttpServerParameters` to whitelist specific tools. For example, you can expose only `list_event_audience_questions` to keep attendee data safe from the agent's active MCP tools.
The agent executes `list_event_partners_and_sponsors` to get a list of all sponsors and partners for a specific event. This enables automated reporting workflows that match sponsor tiers against live session attendance.
Yes. Raw questions retrieved via `list_event_audience_questions` are transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed within an ephemeral V8 sandbox. No message content or attendee metadata is persisted on the Vinkius platform.
