Cline Autonomously Drafts Evernote Docs
Cline uses `create_note` to write technical specs, API docs, or deployment steps directly to your Evernote notebooks as it codes. Cline does not just write code; it documents its work. If you ask Cline to update an existing markdown guide, it runs `update_note` to modify the note content. It keeps your external documentation perfectly in sync with your local git workspace.
Query Evernote Context Directly in VS Code
Cline runs `search_notes` to scan your Evernote files for legacy database schemas, API keys, or product requirements. Bring your personal knowledge base into your active coding environment. The agent calls `list_notes` to browse files in a specific folder. It then retrieves the raw ENML content using `get_note` to extract the exact code snippet you need to solve a bug.
Manage Evernote Notebooks via Cline MCP Server
Cline runs `create_notebook` to spin up new directories for fresh features or client handoffs. Organize your project assets without opening a browser. It uses `list_notebooks` to check your existing folder structures first. To keep things clean, the agent calls `list_tags` to apply consistent metadata across all newly generated files.
