…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Files.com MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Files.com to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage your storage with Windsurf
Cascade can handle your directory structure without you clicking through a browser. Just tell it what you need, and it uses `create_folder` and `list_folders` to organize your workspace in real-time. Stop wasting time manually moving files. Cascade reads your intent and executes the necessary steps to clean up your storage, keeping your project files exactly where they belong.
Audit access within Windsurf
Security isn't a guessing game. Use the `list_permissions` and `list_users` tools to see exactly who has access to your sensitive data without leaving your IDE. Cascade pulls this data directly, so you can verify group memberships and folder rights instantly. It's the fastest way to spot unauthorized access before it becomes a problem.
Track file activity in Windsurf
Need to know what happened to a specific document? Cascade uses `list_activity_history` to pull logs and `get_file_details` to verify file integrity on the fly. Don't dig through web logs. Ask your agent to show you the history, and it maps out the changes so you can focus on your code instead of administrative busywork.
