Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect GridStatus MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect GridStatus to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
End-to-End Dashboard Construction in Cline
Tell Cline to build a visualization of current electricity demand in Texas. It will use `get_load_data` to pull the numbers and then write the necessary code to render your dashboard. You avoid the manual data fetching cycle. Cline handles the API calls and the implementation, letting you focus on the UI design.
Execute Complex Queries with Cline
Use the `query_dataset` tool to filter and resample massive datasets on the fly. Cline takes your requirements and translates them into specific filter operators and aggregation functions. This is useful for cleaning data before it hits your production database. You get exactly the format you need, when you need it.
Monitor ERCOT Prices in Cline
Keep an eye on Texas wholesale prices using `get_spp_data` and `get_realtime_spp`. Cline can poll these endpoints and alert you if prices at specific hubs hit your thresholds. It removes the need for custom scrapers. You get reliable, formatted data directly from the official market sources.
