Connect Helpwise MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Helpwise to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Run live mailbox queries in Cursor Agent mode
The `list_conversations` tool pulls real-time customer threads directly into your active coding session. This lets your agent analyze actual support volume and write code against real API payloads instead of static mock files. You can combine this with `list_mailboxes` to verify which shared addresses are active. Your editor reads the live setup to help you debug routing scripts or build custom notification systems on the fly.
Sync customer contacts while writing code
The `create_contact` tool writes new customer records to your database directly from the editor's command panel. You can test your profile-matching logic by creating live test records and inspecting the response payload immediately. Use `list_contacts` to pull existing customer directories into your workspace. Having this live context helps you write accurate data-mapping functions without having to open an external database GUI.
Automate outgoing support emails using this MCP Server
The `send_email` tool dispatches messages to customers directly from your Cursor terminal or chat panel. Developers use this to test email templates and automated trigger workflows with real-world formatting. To ensure your automated replies go to the right place, use `get_conversation_details` to pull the thread's message history. This prevents your code from sending redundant replies to closed tickets.
