Connect Highnote MCP to VS Code Copilot
Create your Vinkius account to connect Highnote to VS Code Copilot and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Shared Highnote MCP Server Configuration
You drop the Highnote MCP config into your repository's .vscode/mcp.json file. Now every developer on your team can query the ledger directly from VS Code Copilot without hunting for API keys. When a teammate needs to verify a test account, they just ask Copilot. The agent runs `list_account_holders` to find the user ID, then calls `get_financial_account` to check the current balance. Everyone works from the same live data.
Debug Transactions in the Editor
Investigating a missing payment usually means switching to a web portal. With this integration, Copilot executes `list_financial_transactions` right in your IDE to pull recent spending activity. If a specific charge looks wrong, the agent runs `get_transaction_details` to inspect the metadata. It can cross-reference that data by calling `list_ledger_entries` to see exactly how the transaction affected the financial account.
Manage Test Cards During Development
You need to test your application's response to a suspended card. Copilot handles this by running `update_card_status` to change a specific test card to FROZEN. You don't need to build a custom admin script just to toggle states. Copilot can also run `list_payment_cards` to monitor the status and expiration details of all virtual and physical cards in your test program.
