Connect Kandji MCP to Claude Code
Create your Vinkius account to connect Kandji to Claude Code and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Headless Fleet Audits
The `list_devices` tool returns the core hardware inventory needed for automated terminal scripts. Claude Code pulls this data in a headless environment. You can pipe the output directly into jq or your custom CI/CD pipelines. For targeted troubleshooting, the agent uses `get_device` to inspect a single machine. You trigger the command from your SSH session, and Claude Code fetches the exact asset details without forcing you to open a browser.
Security Policy Checks via Claude Code
The `list_parameters` tool exposes your MDM security controls to the command line. Your agent reads these policies to verify that disk encryption and password requirements are active during your nightly cron jobs. To map these policies to specific user groups, Claude Code calls `list_blueprints`. The MCP Server passes the raw configuration data back to your terminal, letting you write assertions that fail a build if a blueprint drops a critical security setting.
Incident Response Automation
The `list_commands` tool tracks every remote lock or wipe action sent to your managed devices. Claude Code fetches this history instantly, giving your SRE team immediate context during a security incident. To correlate these commands with admin behavior, the agent queries `list_activity`. It cross-references the management history against your internal logs, outputting a clean timeline of events straight to stdout.
