Pipe Music Data directly to CLI Tools

The `get_recent_tracks` tool dumps your latest scrobbles directly into your terminal. Claude Code lets you pipe this raw output into command-line utilities like grep, jq, or custom bash scripts for instant filtering. You can run these commands in SSH sessions or terminal windows to monitor your scrobbles without opening a browser. This lightweight MCP Server connection keeps your music analytics fast and keyboard-driven.

Automate Music Audits in CI/CD

The `get_loved_tracks` tool retrieves your list of favorited songs as structured data. Claude Code can run this tool inside automated cron jobs or deployment pipelines to back up your music preferences to a private repository. Because this is a headless CLI agent, it fetches your music history anywhere you can install the node package. It executes your music tracking scripts without needing an active GUI or manual confirmation.

Query Artist Info from the Shell

The `get_artist_info` tool fetches detailed biography and listener metrics for any musician. Claude Code queries this data instantly from your prompt, allowing you to check artist facts while working on other terminal tasks. This terminal-first MCP integration removes the need to search the web for music details. Your agent retrieves the artist metadata, formats it for readability, and displays it right in your active shell.
