How to Use the Last.fm MCP in Cursor
Inject real listening data into your code using this Cursor MCP Server.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Last.fm MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Last.fm to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Contextualize code with Last.fm
Use your actual listening trends to inform the code you write. The agent uses `get_top_tags` to suggest music-related features based on your real history. Cursor can now build logic that reflects your personal taste. You aren't working with mock data anymore; you're working with your own history.
Automate profile audits
Run `get_user_info` to pull your profile stats directly into your project files. You can document your listening journey without leaving the editor. This server keeps your data flow consistent. You'll spend less time copying and pasting stats and more time building.
Access loved tracks instantly
Call `get_loved_tracks` to create a curated list of your favorites. The agent injects these directly into your codebase or documentation. It's a fast way to get a list of your most meaningful tracks. You'll have the data ready whenever you need to reference your personal library.
