Automate data lookups with Cline

Tell Cline to check your current objectives. It calls `list_goals` and `get_user` to gather the context needed for your next task. It works autonomously. Once the data is in your sidebar, Cline uses it to suggest changes that align with your actual performance metrics.

Sync Lattice feedback into Cline

Use `list_feedback` to find previous peer reviews. Cline reads these entries to help you draft better documentation or project summaries. It acts as your assistant for HR research. Cline fetches the exact feedback string and lets you incorporate it into your work files.

Track pending items in Cline

Call `list_tasks` to see what is currently assigned to you in Lattice. Cline can then prioritize these items alongside your development work. It keeps your focus sharp. You see your HR to-dos inside the same terminal window where you run your build scripts.
