How to Use the Lattice MCP in Windsurf
Use the Lattice MCP Server in Windsurf to pull OKRs and feedback directly into your IDE context.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Lattice MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lattice to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Fetch Lattice goals in Windsurf
Cascade needs real data to help you prioritize. Use `list_goals` to pull current OKRs and `get_goal` to check specific targets without leaving your editor. Windsurf reads these values to inform your coding sessions. It connects your technical tasks to the company objectives tracked in Lattice.
Analyze performance data inside Windsurf
Give your agent the full picture by calling `list_reviews` or `list_feedback`. It parses the history of your performance cycles to help you draft responses. Stop switching tabs to look up HR records. Windsurf pulls the raw text of your feedback entries directly into your project context.
Manage your task list with Windsurf
Use `list_tasks` to see what is waiting for your attention in Lattice. Your agent can then chain this with other IDE tools to clear your backlog. It handles the retrieval so you stay in the flow. Windsurf maps your pending HR items to your active development tickets.
