How to Use the Lattice MCP in Cursor
Inject live Lattice peer feedback and user directories straight into Cursor to build custom HR dashboards.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Lattice MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lattice to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build data-rich internal tools inside Cursor
The Lattice MCP Server executes `list_users` and `get_user` to populate your local UI components with real employee profiles. You avoid writing throwaway stub data or API wrappers. The editor calls the live endpoints directly, giving you realistic payloads to test your layouts and data tables immediately.
Debug API integrations with real feedback payloads
The `get_feedback` and `list_feedback` tools pull actual praise entries into the editor sidebar to verify your parsing logic. This direct access removes the guesswork from handling API responses. You see exactly how nested objects are structured, which speeds up your development loop.
Verify goal tracking structures during development
The `list_goals` and `get_goal` tools feed active OKR structures directly to your coding assistant. This lets Cursor suggest accurate TypeScript interfaces based on the actual JSON returned. You write cleaner code with fewer runtime errors.
