Headless Library of Congress access

You can trigger `search_format` or `search` directly from your command line. The output is returned as raw JSON, perfect for piping into other shell utilities. This enables you to build automated research pipelines. You can chain these requests in a script to pull large batches of metadata.

Automated document retrieval

Using `get_resource`, you can fetch specific pages or files by their unique identifier. The server handles the connection logic, ensuring your terminal receives the data stream. It is built for speed and reliability. You can use it in CI/CD workflows or cron jobs to keep your local research database updated.

Technical metadata piping

The `get_image_info` tool provides technical details for high-resolution images. You can capture this output to verify file formats and resource availability automatically. This setup allows for programmatic validation of archival assets. It ensures that your automated tasks have access to the exact data required for processing.
