Build and track webinars inside Claude Desktop

The `create_event` tool builds a new webinar or event inside your Livestorm workspace with a single text prompt. You can specify the start time, description, and whether it is a live session, replay, or on-demand event. Before setting up a new session, run `list_events` to check what is already scheduled. Your agent can instantly fetch the details of any past or upcoming webinar using `get_event` to prevent duplicate scheduling.

Run webinar registration lists using this MCP Server

The `create_registration` tool adds a new attendee record to any scheduled webinar using their email address. It checks that the email is unique for that specific session to avoid duplicate entries. If you need to audit your attendee lists, `list_registrations` pulls the names, emails, and registration statuses for any event. You can also run `get_registration` to inspect a single attendee's status when they open a support ticket.

Extract registration analytics and send replays

The `list_analytics` tool extracts registration counts, attendance rates, replay views, and engagement metrics for your webinars. This gives you raw performance data to calculate marketing ROI without logging into a browser dashboard. Once the live session concludes, use `list_attendees` to see who actually showed up and how long they stayed. Triggering `send_replay` immediately emails the recording link directly to everyone who attended.
