Automate webinar lifecycles in Windsurf
Cascade handles the heavy lifting of event management by interacting with the Livestorm API. You simply define the session details, and it executes `create_event` to set up your webinar infrastructure. It doesn't stop there. Once the event is live, Cascade uses `list_analytics` and `list_attendees` to pull performance metrics directly into your workspace for immediate review.
Handle registrations and replays
Your agent manages your attendee list by calling `create_registration` for new signups. It keeps your database current by checking `list_registrations` whenever you need to verify participation. Post-webinar tasks become trivial. You can trigger `send_replay` through the MCP Server to distribute recordings to your audience without manual email work.
Monitor rooms and event data
Gain visibility into your account structure by using `list_webinar_rooms`. This MCP Server gives you a clear view of your workspace configuration without requiring a browser login. Retrieving specific event details is just as fast. With `get_event` and `get_registration`, you get granular access to individual records whenever you need to debug or report on specific outcomes.
