Feed massive social streams into Gemini long-context loops

`list_social_monitors` fetches your active tracking feeds so your Gemini agent can process hours of social media chatter in a single prompt. The tool retrieves the list of active monitors, allowing the agent to pull specific details via `get_monitor_details`. Because the Google ADK supports Gemini's million-token context window, you can dump thousands of social posts into the model's memory. The agent then runs regional analysis across the entire dataset without running out of context space.

Run localized sentiment analysis using Google ADK

`detect_arabic_dialect` identifies the specific regional dialect of social media exports stored in your Google Cloud environment. The tool analyzes the raw text, letting your Gemini agent categorize feedback from the Gulf, Levant, or North Africa before running sentiment checks. After classifying the dialect, the agent calls `analyze_text_sentiment` to score the emotional tone of each post. You can pipe these results back into BigQuery, combining Lucidya's specialized Arabic NLP with your existing Google Cloud data infrastructure.

Query customer service KPIs to trigger Vertex AI workflows

`get_omniserve_analytics` retrieves customer service performance metrics directly into your Google ADK agent. The tool extracts KPIs like average resolution time and ticket volume from your support channels. Your agent can analyze these metrics alongside historical data to predict support bottlenecks. By integrating this MCP Server with the Google ADK, your enterprise agents can automatically trigger Vertex AI predictive models when support KPIs degrade.

Setup guide

Set up Lucidya MCP in Google ADK

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • google-adk package (pip install google-adk)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install Google ADK

    Run pip install google-adk to install the Agent Development Kit. MCP support is included via the McpToolset class.

  2. 2

    Connect via SSE transport

    Use McpToolset.from_server() with SseServerParams pointing to your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

  3. 3

    Create an LlmAgent

    Pass the returned mcp_tools list directly to LlmAgent(tools=mcp_tools). The ADK maps each MCP tool to a native Gemini function call — no manual schema definitions required.

  4. 4

    Run with any Gemini model

    The agent works with any Gemini model (gemini-2.0-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, etc.). Copy the full example on the right to get started with Lucidya tools in your ADK agent.

agent.py
from google.adk.agents import LlmAgent
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_toolset import McpToolset
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_session_manager import SseServerParams

# Connect to the MCP via SSE
mcp_tools, exit_stack = await McpToolset.from_server(
    connection_params=SseServerParams(
        url="https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    )
)

# Create your agent with auto-discovered tools
agent = LlmAgent(
    name="Lucidya_agent",
    model="gemini-2.0-flash",
    instruction="You have access to Lucidya tools via MCP.",
    tools=mcp_tools,
)

Common questions about Lucidya MCP in Google ADK

You initialize the McpToolset class with the StreamableHttpServerParameters pointing to your Vinkius URL. Pass this toolset into the tools parameter of your LlmAgent constructor. The Google ADK automatically maps all seven Lucidya tools, making them instantly accessible to your Gemini models.
Yes, you can use the optional tool_names filter during McpToolset initialization to restrict agent access. This allows you to expose only `analyze_text_sentiment` for general classification tasks while keeping customer profile tools hidden.
Vinkius manages the API credential handshake on its secure infrastructure, exposing a single endpoint. Your Google ADK agent connects using a single token, allowing it to execute `list_cdp_customers` without managing complex OAuth flows locally.
Your agent uses `list_social_monitors` to find active feeds and then calls `list_cdp_customers` to match social handles with internal CRM profiles. The Google ADK allows the agent to reason across these distinct datasets in its long-context window.
All customer profiles and social monitor metadata retrieved via the MCP Server are processed in memory and never written to persistent storage. Vinkius isolates the server execution in a zero-trust V8 sandbox, ensuring that your enterprise data remains secure during transit to your Google Cloud agents.
