Connect MeiQia MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect MeiQia to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages MeiQia conversations
Give Cline a task and watch it perform the work. It uses `list_conversations` to scan your inbox and `get_conversation` to pull the full history of a specific ticket. It handles the heavy lifting of parsing message threads. You just tell it what to do, and it executes the required API calls to get the job done.
Direct CRM updates within Cline
Cline can modify your customer records using `create_customer` or verify existing data with `get_customer`. It writes the necessary code to keep your CRM in sync. There is no manual data entry. If you need to update a user profile after a chat, Cline handles the interaction logic for you.
Team monitoring via Cline
Get a clear picture of your support operations by asking Cline to check `get_workload_summary`. It pulls the data and presents the metrics you need to optimize your response times. It also maps agent availability. By checking `list_agents`, it ensures you always have eyes on who is active on the support floor.
