Cursor MCP Server for live chat access
Call `get_conversation` while writing code to pull in real user bug reports. This lets you reference actual chat logs while you debug your logic. You can feed this data into your codebase using the agent, ensuring your code handles real-world scenarios.
Automate support tasks in Cursor
Use `send_message` to automate replies based on code results. It is useful for sending status updates to customers after you fix a bug. The agent handles the API calls so you stay focused on your editor.
Manage CRM records inside Cursor
Lookup customer details with `get_customer` to understand who is reporting an issue. You get the full picture without leaving your IDE. Use `list_customers` to verify account status or subscription tiers during your development workflow.
