Key Capabilities

Programmatic Call Orchestration

Your scripts can manage full call lifecycles. Use `create_call` to initiate a meeting, or use `list_call_streams` to verify that the meeting was successfully scheduled and logged. Want to check deep metadata? The tool `get_call_details` pulls every piece of data associated with a specific call ID, perfect for logging or auditing.

Batch AI Data Processing

Process multiple calls without GUI interaction. You can feed batch IDs into `get_ai_insights_for_call` to get structured analysis results. This is crucial for nightly reporting jobs. To validate available data types, run `list_ai_skills_data`. It ensures your scripts are accessing the correct and current fields.

Managing Webhooks in CI/CD

Set up reliable event triggers that fire when communications happen. Run `create_webhook` to define a new endpoint, letting you build full automation pipelines based on events like `clip.created`. If the pipeline changes, use `delete_webhook` to cleanly remove old or unused endpoints, preventing runtime errors.

Common questions about SnapCall MCP in Claude Code

Run `create_call` in your shell script. This command handles setting up the meeting resources and returns necessary IDs that you can pipe into subsequent commands for full automation.
Use `get_ai_insights_for_call` by piping a call stream ID into it. This function outputs machine-readable JSON, making it ideal for integration into shell scripts or cron jobs.
You can list all active triggers with `list_webhooks`. To remove one, use `delete_webhook`, ensuring your CI/CD environment remains stable after updates.
Yes. Use the dedicated command `archive_call_stream`. This allows you to run a maintenance script that systematically purges or archives historical communication records.
This server touches call stream metadata, account details (via `get_account_info`), and user-generated content like video clips, which are managed via the `create_video_clip_request` tool.
