The final decision comes from consensus: maybe they agree on a specific fallback, like attempting `send_voice_verification` before blocking the user.

Coordinated Status Checks with AutoGen MCP Server

Multiple agents can check prerequisites simultaneously. One agent uses `check_deactivation`, while another checks the general system health using `check_telesign_status`. They debate whether proceeding is safe. The final decision requires all services to pass their respective status checks before any verification tool, like `send_verification`, gets invoked.

Set up TeleSign MCP in AutoGen

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • autogen-ext[mcp] package
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token

    Install AutoGen with MCP

    Run pip install "autogen-ext[mcp]" autogen-agentchat. The MCP extension includes mcp_server_tools for stateless tool access.

    Fetch tools from the MCP

    Call mcp_server_tools(SseServerParams(url=...)) with your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

    Run your agent

    Pass the tools to AssistantAgent and call agent.run(). The agent invokes TeleSign tools and returns structured results.
