Key Capabilities
Run SMS Checks in Cline
To handle identity verification, use the `send_sms` tool. This sends a standard text message to the user's provided number, which is basic but effective for many sign-up flows. Alternatively, you can trigger a full code send using `send_verification`, letting Cline manage the whole process from start to finish.
Assess Phone Risk with TeleSign MCP Server
Cline executes risk checks by calling `score_phone` on target numbers. This provides an immediate risk assessment, which you can then use in your code logic to decide the next steps. If a number is flagged as high risk, you'll need to run deeper intelligence using `get_phone_id` before proceeding.
Initiate Voice or Push Verification
Need something more robust than SMS? The `send_push_verification` tool sends a notification directly through the user's device. For older systems, use `send_voice_verification`. Both methods give you strong confirmation. This allows Cline to build code that supports multiple fallback authentication pathways.
