Connect Trakt MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Trakt to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automating Content Builds via MCP Server
Writing a script that needs to process movie information? Tell Cline to fetch details for a title using `get_movie`. It doesn't just print the data; it writes the structured output into a JSON file you can commit. You can then use `get_movie_people` and write code that builds an associated cast roster object, ready for your project structure.
Managing User Watchlists with Cline
Need to process a user's saved items? You can run commands against the `get_watchlist` tool. The resulting list of movies or shows gets piped directly into your terminal script for further processing. Cline executes the whole sequence: fetch, write data structures, and stage the necessary commits automatically.
Generating Media Metadata Reports with MCP Server
You can generate full reports on content popularity. Running `get_popular` fetches paginated results, which Cline reads line by line. It handles the iteration, allowing you to compile a comprehensive list of high-engagement titles into a report file. It's perfect for CI/CD pipelines where you need data consistency checks across thousands of records.
