Fetch real-time service status in code.
Need to check a dependency's health before writing the final call? Use `get_check` or `list_checks` to fetch current monitoring details, and inject that live JSON response directly into your function. The AI generates working code using real API data. If you need broader context, running `get_account_info` gives you the scope of the monitored services so you can write more targeted logic.
Automate alert handling within development flows.
When a service fails, don't just log it. You can call `list_recent_alerts` to get recent failure records and write code that handles those specific types of alerts. This makes your code react instantly. To provide the full picture, you can use `get_root_cause_analysis`, pulling the critical alert information directly into a conditional block in your script.
Programmatically manage monitoring resources.
Write cleanup scripts? You can programmatically delete old endpoints using `delete_check`. Or, if you need to adjust an endpoint's behavior, running `update_check` lets you modify parameters and keep your code current. For setup or validation, the `create_check` tool allows you to generate boilerplate monitoring code that sets up a new check definition.
