Run bulk health checks

You can pipe the result of `check_api_health` directly into a shell script. This makes perfect sense for CI/CD, as you need to confirm connectivity before any deployment runs. This capability allows your terminal job to reliably test endpoints across multiple servers without needing any GUI interaction. It's pure, headless execution.

Batch process property lists

Need a nightly report on who owns what? Pipe the output of `list_property_occupants` into a log file or another tool for processing. You can script checks against this data set. If you need to know about budgets across multiple plans, running `list_property_plans` and then iterating through `list_property_budgets` is straightforward from the terminal.

Automate maintenance reporting jobs

Set up a cron job that runs daily. This script can call `list_maintenance_jobs`, check for overdue tasks, and then use `create_maintenance_job` to automatically file follow-ups. It also lets you pull all related property details—everything from `list_facility_assets` to `list_managed_suppliers`—and pipe it into a single CSV output.
