List all property plans using the MCP Server.

You can run `list_property_plans` to pull a complete list of every property plan in Urbanise. This gives you the necessary data structure to build out new client dashboards. Need to know what assets exist? Just call `list_facility_assets`. It returns all infrastructure equipment, which is crucial context for any maintenance planning.

Check financial records with Claude Desktop.

`list_financial_data` retrieves detailed ledger and billing information directly from Urbanise. This means you don't have to jump into another system just to check a balance. If you need to see what the property is budgeted for, `list_property_budgets` gives you those plan-specific numbers right in your chat output.

Manage community data with Urbanise's MCP Server.

`list_property_occupants` pulls a roster of all residents and owners for the property. That’s key demographic data to work with when you're generating reports. Don't forget about who supplies things; `list_managed_suppliers` shows every approved vendor, making sure your records stay current.
