How to Use the Urbanise MCP in Cursor
Inject live Urbanise API context into your code using Cursor. Write less boilerplate, build more real-world systems.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Urbanise MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Urbanise to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build asset tracking with the MCP Server.
`list_facility_assets` gives you a list of every piece of infrastructure equipment on site, allowing you to code against real serial numbers and model IDs. Your generated functions use live data. Need to check if something is broken? You can call `check_api_health` first; it verifies the Urbanise API connectivity before your code attempts any read or write operation.
Handle financial reports in Cursor.
`list_financial_data` provides ledger and billing info, letting you construct accurate accounting functions that use live numbers. You aren't working with mock data here. Want to check the overall spending? Use `list_property_budgets` to pull budget constraints per plan directly into your code logic.
Manage community records in Cursor.
`list_property_occupants` returns all resident and owner details, which you can immediately use to write personalized functions. The data context is live. When setting up a new service interaction, `create_maintenance_job` lets you structure the required inputs (title/description) so your code calls it correctly.
