Connect Vimeo MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Vimeo to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
List and Audit All Vimeo Assets
Cascade reads the full context to find everything you need. You can request a complete breakdown of your content by listing all assets through tools like `list_videos`, `list_folders`, or `list_groups`. This helps audit your entire presence on Vimeo without writing multiple commands. Need more detail? The server also lets you check out specific collections with `list_showcases` and see what channels you follow using `list_channels`. It’s all part of one automated plan.
Search for Specific Vimeo Content
Finding a single video among thousands shouldn't be hard. Windsurf uses the server to perform targeted searches across public content with `search_videos`. You can also pull up specific details on any asset using `get_video`. If you know the ID, just use `get_video(id)` for instant metadata retrieval. This saves time compared to browsing manually.
Update or Remove Vimeo Assets
Sometimes you need to clean up your account. Cascade handles updates automatically; it can modify video details using `update_video` when prompted. When content is retired, the server provides a direct way to remove it with `delete_video`. You'll know exactly what data needs changing or deleting before running the multi-step plan.
