…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect VolunteerHub MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect VolunteerHub to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Volunteer Status Checks
The `check_volunteerhub_status` tool verifies the API connection instantly. This lets you build reliable, self-checking components into your IDE. Need to confirm the service is up before running a report? Just call `check_volunteerhub_status`. It gives immediate feedback on connectivity.
Gather Event and Group Data
Start by calling `list_events` to pull all upcoming activities. Then, use `get_event` or `list_groups` to drill down into specific details. Cascade can chain these together: grab a list of events first, then fetch the full details for only those that have registered groups.
Track Registrations and Personnel
The `list_registrations` tool pulls all sign-ups linked to an event. You can cross-reference this data by running `get_volunteer` or using `list_volunteers`. This lets your agent figure out exactly who signed up for which group and track their individual details in one go.
