You can assign the task of creating new contacts to an agent using `create_accounting_customer`. If a client relationship ends, another specialized agent runs `delete_accounting_customer` to clean up records. Checking existing details is simple; agents use `get_customer_details` and `list_accounting_customers` to pull necessary data for the next step.

Automate invoice drafting and finalization.

Assign one agent to draft an invoice with `create_draft_invoice`, passing the required customer ID and item array. This is always the first step in a complex workflow. A second agent then takes over, calling `approve_draft_invoice` to finalize the record. If that fails, the crew can escalate or retry automatically.

Prerequisites

  • crewai package (pip install crewai)
