…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Wave Accounting MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wave Accounting to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Creating and Managing Invoice Drafts with MCP Server
Start a new invoice draft using `create_draft_invoice`. You pass the customer ID along with a JSON array of items. This lets you populate the code with real, pending billing data. You can also delete unfinalized drafts by calling `delete_draft_invoice`, which cleans up your working set in Wave Accounting.
Updating Customer Profiles within Cursor
`update_customer_profile` lets you modify an existing customer's data directly. You supply the unique customer ID, and the AI agent writes the code using the updated information from Wave Accounting. If you need to see what a customer looks like right now, `get_customer_details` pulls that current context into your script.
Listing Records in Cursor
`list_accounting_customers` retrieves all the client records from Wave Accounting. This is ideal for writing batch scripts that process multiple accounts. Similarly, `list_accounting_invoices` gives you a list of all issued invoices, allowing your agent to iterate over and analyze them in real-time.
