How to Use the Webflow MCP in Cline
Build, test, and deploy Webflow components using Cline.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Webflow MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Webflow to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
CMS Data Generation with Cline
`create_collection_item` lets you programmatically generate new content for a CMS collection. Tell Cline to write a script that uses `list_collections` to verify the schema, then executes the record creation loop.
Site Blueprinting with MCP Server
`get_site` fetches all critical details about a Webflow site into your local environment. You can write code that consumes this data—for instance, writing component logic based on the retrieved site ID or domain name.
Audit and List Site Assets with Cline
`list_pages` gives you a list of every page URL available in Webflow. Your agent can loop over these pages, combining results from `list_collection_items` to generate an inventory report file for your project.
