Connect WhoisXML MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect WhoisXML to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject Live Domain Data into Code
The `get_whois_record` tool lets the AI fetch WHOIS data, which you can then use to write working code. The agent generates functions that incorporate this live API response, not just stubs. Want to check if a domain is available? Call `check_domain_availability`, and Cursor injects the 'available' or 'taken' status directly into your script's logic.
Map IPs When Coding
When you need location context, use `get_ip_geolocation`. The AI calls this function, grabs the coordinates, and uses them to populate a variable in the code block you’re writing. It's perfect for setting up data models that depend on IP address geography. This keeps your workflow focused entirely on coding.
Validate Inputs Before Commit
Never trust user input, especially emails. Use `verify_email` to check if an email is active before the code even ships. The agent handles this call and writes validation logic using the success/fail status. You can also use `get_whois_record` alongside this process for deep identity checks on related domains.
