…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect ZenHub MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect ZenHub to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage Boards with ZenHub
Windsurf uses `get_repo_board` to pull the current state of any repository's agile board. This lets you see exactly how tasks are grouped and what status they're in, without leaving your IDE. You can also check a specific workspace using `get_workspace_board`. It gives you a full view of boards across multiple projects, so you don't have to switch contexts to get the data.
Estimate and Track Features
Need to scope out new work? Call `set_issue_estimate` to assign story points directly. This tool handles setting the estimate for any given issue, updating your team's tracking records. Use `get_zenhub_issue_data` to fetch specific metadata about a GitHub issue. You can then combine that data with an estimate and build out complex user stories in one sequence.
List Epics and Releases
Want to see the high-level plan? `list_repo_epics` shows you every major epic assigned to a repository. It's fast, giving you the list of large features that need tracking. When it’s time to ship, run `list_release_reports`. This quickly pulls all historical release reports for that repo, letting Windsurf structure your documentation.
