Code Zip Checkout Initialization in Cline
Cline allows you to generate the code for initializing a new checkout session. You pass the amount, currency, and redirect URLs into `create_zip_checkout`. This is perfect for scaffolding out payment front-ends. The resulting component will correctly call the necessary Zip functions, giving you a solid starting point that's ready for testing.
Implement Payment Flows using the MCP Server in Cline
You can write full transaction logic. Start with `authorize_zip_order` to reserve funds, and then follow up with `capture_zip_payment`. The end-to-end execution means you're not just writing a function; you're building the payment mechanism. This lets you stage commits that include working code for complex financial flows, like handling both successful captures and subsequent `refund_zip_payment` calls.
Verify Order Status with Zip in Cline
Writing tests? Cline lets you build functions around checking order status. Use `get_zip_order_status` to verify if a payment is 'Authorized,' 'Captured,' or 'Cancelled' for any given ID. This ensures your application logic always knows the current state of the funds before proceeding, which is critical when dealing with financial transactions.
