    How do I get an Elevio API Key?

    Log in to your Elevio dashboard, navigate to Settings > API, and you can generate or retrieve your unique API Key from there. API access is typically enabled for most paid plans.

    Can the agent translate my articles?

    This integration currently focuses on listing and auditing articles and categories. Translating content or creating new language versions should be managed via the Elevio translation workflow in the dashboard.

  • 03

    Does the integration show real-time views?

    You can retrieve article metadata using the get_article_details capability. While it shows current status and settings, detailed real-time analytics should be viewed in the Elevio reporting section.
